DMCA Policy

GTA Universe Hub respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a takedown notice

Send a written notice to dmca@gtauhub.com that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. The exact URL(s) on gtauhub.com where the allegedly infringing material appears.
4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@gtauhub.com including:

1. Your signature.
2. Identification of the removed material and the URL where it appeared.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyrighted material will be terminated.

Misuse

Under U.S. law you may be liable for damages if you knowingly misrepresent that material is infringing.
