Welcome to GTA Universe Hub (the “Service”), operated at gtauhub.com. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Fan platform & disclaimer

GTA Universe Hub is an independent fan platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or any related entity. All Grand Theft Auto trademarks, characters and media remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account, including keeping your credentials secure. You may not impersonate other people or platforms.

4. Acceptable use

Your use must comply with our Community Guidelines. You may not upload illegal content, harass other users, distribute malware, scrape the Service at scale, or attempt to bypass moderation or rate limits.

5. User-generated content

You retain ownership of content you post (text, images, comments). By posting, you grant GTA Universe Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute that content as part of the Service.

6. Moderation

We may remove content, restrict accounts or revoke access at our discretion when content or behavior violates these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

7. Premium features

Paid memberships are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
